How to Book
Online booking facility available for both Main Hall and Upper Room. Complete online booking and payment form. Confirmation by email will be sent. Contact Bookings Secretary for queries or special requirements. Payment is due in full at time of booking. Online system may have technical problems with PayPal; email for payment instructions if needed. Agreement to Terms & Conditions and consent for personal data (name, address, phone, email) to be held for booking management is required upon booking. Special Conditions: The Hall is in a quiet residential area; bookings for events that may adversely affect neighbours may be declined. Sunday bookings require checking with the Bookings Secretary due to Holy Saviour Church services. Bouncy castles/inflatables are allowed in the Main Hall but must be positioned at the stage end (less than 4m deep x 5.5m wide) and not impede access to the stage or fire exit. Hirers are requested to leave the hall clean; cleaning materials are provided. Kitchen hire charges: Regular weekly hirers: £2, Larger individual events (light use): £10, Larger individual events (full use): £25.
