How to Book
Reservations are made via the Hallmaster system. Users need to register if it's their first time. Booking requests are checked by a volunteer. A booking is confirmed upon full payment. One-off bookings must be paid in full one month before the event date. Failure to pay results in the slot being released. The hall is run by volunteers, so responses to booking requests and emails may take a few days. Functions held in support of a registered charity can apply for a discounted hire rate. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations 14 days in advance, 50% refund for 7-14 days in advance, no refund for under 7 days.
