How to Book
Contact by phone or email to make a reservation. Provide date and times required, purpose of hire, address, postcode, contact telephone number, and email address. Timing needs to allow for setting-up and cleaning-up afterwards. Private functions require a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking. Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled before 30 days. Less than 30 days: Repayment of fees at the discretion of the Committee if a replacement booking cannot be concluded. Alcohol may only be sold or served with the approval of the Committee, which depends on the Committee's approval of a suitable person to supervise the sale on behalf of the Hirer. An additional charge of £5.00 per booking applies for refuse collection and disposal.
