How to Book
Online booking is available from 08:00 to 21:30. Online booking is not available 7 days or less before the event, or outside normal booking hours. Party bookings are restricted to Children's Parties only. To book, check availability via the online Calendar. For bookings outside online restrictions or for direct inquiries, contact the Booking Secretary via email ([email protected]) or the Booking Enquiry Form. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and deposit within 2 weeks of agreeing the date. A damage deposit is required for one-off events, to be received with the booking fee (cash, separate cheque, or electronic payment). The damage deposit is returned approximately one week after the event if no damage occurs. The Booking Secretary must be informed of any extra items (e.g., disco, bouncy castle) for insurance and PAT testing checks. Payments are made payable to 'Whitehill Village Hall Committee' with a signed copy of Hiring Terms & Conditions and Booking Form and Damage Deposit.
