How to Book

Availability: Available weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Online calendar available for checking. Booking Process: Provisional reservations possible. Confirmation upon receipt of completed hire agreement, risk assessment, and paid damage deposit. Full hire fees due in advance. Discounts: Available for local organizations and groups with clear community benefit. Commercial hires generally not eligible unless community benefit is clear. Application process required. Cancellation Policy: One-Off Events: No charge if cancelled more than 28 days prior. 50% fee for cancellations within 7-28 days. 100% fee for cancellations less than 7 days prior. Long-Term Hirers: One month's notice required for cancellation. Caretaker service available by prior arrangement for set up and take down at £20.00 per hour. Refuse removal can be arranged for a flat fee of £40.00 for up to 660L, must be arranged prior to event.
