The Wilfrid Noyce Centre is a spacious, modern, and versatile venue located in Godalming town centre. It offers a range of facilities suitable for community activities, children's birthday parties, conferences, meetings, banqueting, weddings, anniversaries, and other celebratory events. The centre has level access throughout and all halls are fitted with hearing assistance systems. It can be hired exclusively or each hall can be hired individually. General facilities include a fully fitted stainless steel catering kitchen (three ovens, Rational oven, heated cabinets, industrial size dishwasher), and it is licensed for music, plays, and entertainment. How to Book
Minimum hire of 3 hours for casual non-regular hirers on Saturday or Sunday. Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit between £50 and £500 is required, depending on the event. Deposits are returned within 28 working days if no claim is required. Crockery & Cutlery: Price on request. Catering Facilities: Price on request. Hirers engaging mobile discos or similar must ensure they have a Phonographic Performance Licence (PPL) and, if required, a Pro-DUB licence.
