How to reach the hall
How to book
To book, complete a Booking Enquiry Form and a Hall Hire Agreement Form. The booking will be held temporarily until documents are received. A hire fee and a refundable deposit are required in advance. The deposit covers damages and additional cleaning. Hirers are responsible for identifying emergency exits and for all guests until emergency services attend. A First Aid box is in the kitchen, and the external meeting point is at the top of the Market Square. It is recommended to consult the calendar for availability, review Standard Conditions of Hire and Information Sheet for Hirers, and visits can be arranged.
