Use the Enquiry Form on the website to make a request, providing date(s), times, required facilities, and a valid email address. Allow time before and after the event for preparation and clearing up. The venue will confirm availability and hiring within 2 working days. Complete and return the Hire Agreement with the deposit. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. For special occasions, business events, hires over 48 hours, or if intending to sell alcohol, contact the Clerk to the Charity by phone.
