Not suitable for parties for those between 13 – 21 inclusive or dog training classes.

How to reach the hall
How to book
Online booking tool available, email for specific questions. Hirer must be 21 years or older. Period of hire includes setting up and clearing up time. All rubbish must be taken away. Hall, toilets & kitchen floors must be swept clean, spillages mopped. Tables and white boards to be wiped clean. Building must be left clean and tidy (minimum additional charge £50.00 if not). Chairs & tables to be returned to original positions. All lights and cooker to be switched off. Damage, faults, and breakages to be reported to bookings@winchmorehill.community. Hirer responsible for replacement/repair costs. Bouncy castles, discos, entertainers, magicians etc. permitted with hirer/provider's Public Liability Insurance (copy may be required). All commercial hirers must carry their own Public Liability Insurance.
