The Windsor Guildhall is a stunning Grade I listed 17th-century building with royal connections, offering a unique and historic setting for various events. It was the chosen wedding venue for King Charles III and Queen Camilla (when they were The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall), as well as Sir Elton John and David Furnish.

How to book
Non-refundable deposit of £250.00 required upon booking, deducted from total cost. Provisional bookings not contractually bound; Guildhall reserves the right to cancel or transfer if deposit not received within 14 days. Ceremony times: Daily at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm (for weddings). Operating hours: Seven days a week, 12 months a year. Weddings and civil partnerships Monday to Saturday from 10am–4pm; outside these times subject to registrar availability. Royal Borough residents eligible for discount (up to £240 for 2025-2026, or £100-£200 with Advantage card). Registered charities and Royal Borough businesses eligible for discount on published hire fees. Discounted rates for Monday to Thursday hire. Minimum 60-minutes hire for a ceremony. Registrar must be booked separately and their availability confirmed. Formal Notice of Intention to register marriage required. The kitchen cannot be used by the client or external caterer without an indemnity charge and additional £500.00 fee. Registrar fees are separate from venue hire fees. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are charged at Bank Holiday rates. Hire rates valid from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
