How to Book
A booking form must be completed and returned. Full payment is due 14 days in advance (28 days for commercial bookings). A signed terms and conditions & fire safety form, and appropriate risk assessments/certification (if required) must be provided. Access to the building is only granted from the start time of your booking; early access is not available. Hirers are expected to have cleared up and vacated the building by the end of their booked time.
