How to Book

Hirers can bring their own decorations as long as there is no damage to fixtures and fittings. Tea lights in safe containers are allowed, but free-standing candles are prohibited. If intending to sell alcohol, hirers need to apply to the village hall for approval, and then apply to Oxford City Council for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) in the hirer's name. Hirers are asked to respect neighbours by keeping music to a reasonable volume at all times.
