How to Book
Online booking available via calendar (up to 12 months in advance) or by email/phone. One-off booking requests are preferred via the online system to hold slots. Hirers cannot edit bookings once submitted; changes require emailing the facilities manager. Customers receive a code for entry via the Nuki keyless locking system. Any one-off booking cancelled with 8 weeks notice or less will only receive a refund if a replacement booking is made for that period.
