How to Book
The Parish Hall is an unmanned hall. Keys must be collected from the Town Council Offices at Poole Court. Not licensed for the sale of alcohol. Permission may be granted, at the discretion of the Town Council, to take alcohol for some functions. Hirers must take all rubbish with them at the end of the hire period. External bins/skips belonging to the Yate Community Association building next door must not be used. If using third-party equipment (e.g., bouncy castle, soft play, disco), the hirer must confirm the provider will be in attendance and supervising. A copy of their Public Liability Insurance and current PAT or PIPA testing certificate must be provided to the Town Council. Booking enquiry form available on Yate Town Council website.
