Abshot Community Centre offers a large hall, bar area and kitchen with on site car parking, providing the perfect space for all events including regular community groups, charity events, birthday parties, engagement celebrations, christenings, baby showers, proms, fundraisers, wakes and much more. With friendly, helpful staff, they aim to cater to your needs, creating a pleasurable space for events and celebrations. The Sovereign Social Club members bar is also available to all Abshot Community Association members.

How to book
To book, check availability using the calendar & click on new booking. Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event. To enable us to confirm your booking please complete all details of the form, payments for hire charges should be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice, or immediately if within 14 days of the hire date. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your booking. A damage deposit of £50.00 will be required (Cash or Cheque) 24hrs before the hire date. If you have any specific requirements please ask in the final section of the booking form, we will endeavour to do all we can accommodate your needs if possible. Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information to ensure you have a smooth hiring of the hall. Please read through the “General Information” which includes where to pick up the keys before your hiring date, contact numbers.
