How to book
Generally available Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Other times by arrangement. Rooms are not hired out on Sundays. Enquire via website forms ('Enquire Now' or 'Request Your Event'). A Facility Reservation Request and Agreement form must be submitted. Sophisticated tech in auditoriums requires 2 Waypoint Church appointed technicians at a separate, additional cost. A coordinator may be required for some events and will be provided by Waypoint Church; a fee may be required for the coordinator in certain circumstances, such as weekend events. For-profit activities are not permitted, but for-profit organizations can use facilities for non-business-related activities upon payment of applicable use fee. Christian nonprofit organizations are normally not charged, but may be for intensive use. Individuals may use facilities upon payment of a use fee; church members receive a 50% discount. Use must not conflict with the church's faith, moral teachings, and religious practices. The South Building is fully booked for 2026.
