How to Book
Bookings can be made via an online form or by contacting the booking phone/email. For non-repeating bookings, full payment is required within 48 hours of confirmation to reserve the date. No pre-payment is required for recurring events. Bookings can be cancelled up to 7 days before for a full refund; after that, refunds are at the discretion of the Booking Team. Hirers must agree to the Village Hall Rules of Hire. A discretionary £50 deposit may be required for bookings longer than 2 hours, with more than 10 people, or involving food/drink. This deposit is fully refundable if rules are complied with and no damage occurs.
