How to Book
Bookings are secured by completing a signed booking form and paying a refundable security deposit. Hiring is charged per hour, and the duration of the booking must include sufficient time for setting up before the event and clearing away afterwards. Keys for one-off group hirers are collected on the Tuesday immediately before the event and returned the Tuesday following the event. Regular hirers may receive a discount on the casual rate and are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance and provide their own Safeguarding Policy for Children and Vulnerable Adults.
