How to Book

Online booking system (Hallmaster) is preferred for checking availability and making bookings. Process: Select venue from dropdown menu, click '+' on desired date on the calendar, complete booking form to send a request (processed within 48 hours). Receive confirmation email, followed by an invoice. Booking request and payment must be with Administrator within 5 working days of provisional booking. All hirers must read and abide by the Terms & Conditions of Hire, Fire Procedure, and other policies (Hall hire agreement/guide, Fire safety policy Langport Town Hall, Safeguarding Policy). Cancellation Policy: 1 week's notice required for a full refund for one-off bookings. Regular hirers require at least 1 week's notice to adjust invoices/charges. Access and Security: Once booking confirmed and payment made, relevant access information will be emailed. Hirers must ensure lights are off, doors locked, and alarms activated upon leaving. Door entry code must not be disclosed to third parties. Cannot be hired by anyone under the age of 18. Full payment requested at the time of booking, except for regular weekly bookings which are invoiced monthly.
