How to Book
Booking is secured by completion, in person, of a signed booking form and payment of a refundable security deposit. Provisional bookings are not normally taken. Hire duration must include sufficient time for setting up before and clearing away after the event. For one-off group hirers, keys are collected on the Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM) immediately before the event and returned the Tuesday following the event. Regular hirers receive a discount on the casual rate and must have their own Public Liability Insurance and Safeguarding Policy for Children and Vulnerable Adults. No paid bar is possible as they do not have the necessary license for alcohol to be sold (alcohol consumption is not objected to). Assistance dogs are welcome, but no other animals are permitted. All rubbish must be removed by the hirer at the end of the event. Viewing appointments are available Tuesday 6-7pm or Friday 10-11am (by appointment ONLY).
