How to Book
Bookings are available evenings and weekends. The booking process involves requesting a booking to check availability, paying a deposit to confirm, and then enjoying the event. Bookings must conclude by 10:30 PM, with the Centre vacated by 11:00 PM. No alcohol to be sold or consumed within the buildings. No bookings for adult parties (e.g., 18th, 21st birthdays, weddings). Hirers are responsible for setting up and clearing away any required tables and chairs, and are liable for the cost of any damage. Hot drinks are not allowed in areas where young children are present. Any personal electrical equipment used must be PAT tested or, if less than 12 months old, have proof of purchase. Cancellations of confirmed bookings may result in charges if the room cannot be re-booked. The hub reserves the right to amend or cancel bookings if the facilities are needed for youth work service provision, with efforts made to offer alternatives and waiver of booking costs for such cancellations.
