How to Book
Minimum hire period: One hour. All time used, including set up and tidy, is chargeable. Booking forms are available on Avonway's website and can be sent by email. Full terms and conditions are on the reverse of the booking form. Users are responsible for leaving the room and furniture as described in notices; penalty charges may apply if not done. Selling and eating of any product containing nuts is not allowed in any part of the Annexe. Cupboard hire (when available) is £52 per annum for storing equipment used at Avonway. Tours can be arranged by calling 01425 652706. Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-1pm. Fire alarm test conducted between 8:00am-8:30am on Friday mornings, during which staff may be unable to assist.
