How to book
The Premises must be booked on the booking form by a named person, who will be considered the Hirer. Payment for hire for a single event must be made in advance. Where the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the hire charge is payable at booking with the balance due no later than 30 days before the hire period. Where the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the hire charge is payable on or before the hire period. Payment for regular weekly or monthly events is due at the end of the month following the month of hire. Payment by bank transfer only.
