About
Situated in the beautiful West Sussex village of Billingshurst, the Women’s Hall can accommodate a wide variety of activities and functions, including children’s birthday parties, wedding receptions, fundraising evenings, exercise classes, regular community events, and meetings. It has been home to the Billingshurst Dramatic Society since the 1950s and hosts various children's clubs and musical sessions. The hall was gifted to the women of Billingshurst in 1923 by Edith and Ellen Beck, who were part of the suffragette movement, and is now used by all sectors of the community.
