To book, read Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges, and Covid-19 information. Check availability on the online calendar. Click 'New Booking' and fill in the form. Receive email confirmation and request for advance payment (one-off bookings). Upon receipt of payment, receive another email confirming event and access code to key safe by the main door. Regular bookings will be invoiced at the end of the month. Ensure enough time is booked for set-up and clearing up. Late Saturday night events can book Sunday mornings at no charge for clearing up. Access to the hall is via a key safe; code shared after payment.
