How to Book
Applicants must be over 18, responsible for being on premises at all times when public are present, and ensuring Premises Licence conditions are met. Proof of address and age (if under 25) required. Hirer to specify if private catering equipment will be used. Live or recorded music permitted. If a Temporary Events Licence is applied for, a copy must be lodged with BGRA's Booking Clerk 48 hours prior to hire date. Contact Mr Keith Murray on 01233 733916 to arrange key collection. Hire agreement available from the Booking Clerk and at www.bromleygreenhall.weebly.com. Hirer must read and agree to abide by it. No pins, tacks, blue or white tac, sellotape may be fixed to any surfaces.
