How to Book
Weekend bookings are managed via an online system called Hallmaster; check availability at least 7 days in advance, create a Hallmaster account, and complete a booking request form. Regular weekday bookings require contacting the Booking Secretary. The minimum booking period is normally 2 hours for the Main Hall (4 hours for weekend bookings). Payment is via invoice, payable through PayPal (credit/debit card accepted). Booking confirmation, including access codes, is sent after payment. Hirers are expected to leave the hall as tidy as they found it, including vacuuming. Booking time should include setup and cleanup.
