How to Book
To enquire, contact [email protected]. 10-minute viewings can be organised between meetings; send a couple of dates for availability. Payment is via credit or debit card over the telephone, minimum 4 weeks (28 days) in advance. Cheques, bank transfers, and cash are not accepted. Booking confirmation requires a booking form filled and sent, provisional booking made, T&Cs signed and returned with PLI copy, event risk assessment provided, quote agreed, and telephone payment made. Public Liability Insurance (PLI) is required for cover up to £5M. A 15% charge of the hire will be added if no PLI certificate is provided. A cleaning fee of £75.00 may apply for waste disposal. Additional costs apply for out-of-hours bookings (Friday 17:00 to Monday 09:00), requiring a minimum of 2 Concierges and a security guard.
