How to Book
Please use the online booking system to make bookings or to reschedule or cancel existing bookings. Availability will be updated immediately and your chosen date and time reserved but your booking will not be confirmed until Mark, the Hall Manager, emails you to ratify the price and finalise other details. He will usually do this within 5 working days. You will be invoiced after your event; please pay promptly by bank transfer. For large bookings, a security deposit is required, which will be refunded when the hall is returned in an acceptable state. You can now pay invoices online. Cancellation Policy: 4 weeks or more notice incurs no charge and monies paid refunded. Between 1-4 weeks notice results in a 50% charge. Cancellations within 7 days of the event often incur a 100% charge.
