How to Book
Downloadable booking form from website. A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is deducted from the final invoice. All revenue from hiring rooms is reinvested into the Community Centre and its services. All rates are subject to review by the Trustees of the Centre. Contact the Reception Team to enquire or arrange a visit. Hirers are responsible for setting up and clearing away tables and chairs. Premises must be left in good order and vacated by the booked time; charges apply for exceeding time. Hirers are responsible for the cost of any damage to the building or its contents. Hot drinks are not permitted in areas with young children. External hirers using their own electrical equipment must provide proof of PAT testing or purchase (if less than 12 months old). Cancellations may result in charges if the room cannot be re-booked. Alcohol is not permitted to be sold or consumed within the buildings. Bookings are not taken for adult parties (18th, 21st, weddings, etc.).
