Welcome to The Brownsword Hall, where the high vaulted ceiling and oak beams of a traditional English building combine with practical modern facilities. Whether you’re running a club, organizing a business meeting, planning a social event or a children’s party, our hall provides the perfect setting for truly memorable events. The Brownsword Hall is Poundbury’s iconic village hall. It was sponsored by HRH Charles Prince of Wales, financed by Andrew Brownsword and designed by John Simpson in the style of a 17th century West Country market hall. It provides an exciting alternative to conventional halls and function rooms.
