William, Earl De La Warr and his wife Anne and their family invite you to share their ancestral home. The estate can accommodate weddings, private functions, corporate entertaining, filming, business launches and team building days. Each event is carefully planned and managed so that your expectations and requirements are met, leaving you to enjoy your time with us in superb surroundings. Buckhurst Park is located close to the historic spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and borders the Ashdown Forest. It is within easy reach of Gatwick, London and the Eurostar making it an ideal location to host your event. The impressive 16th Century Manor House, built with Sussex sandstone, still retains many original period features including ornate fireplaces, wooden panelled library shelving and parquet flooring. Other characteristics include its formal gardens, designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the imposing gravel driveway leading up to the front of the main house, Shetland ponies, ancient woodland, lakes, bridges and waterfalls.
