How to Book

To book, complete and return a booking form. A damage deposit is required upon booking (refundable after the event). Full payment is required 14 days in advance of the booking. For commercial bookings, a £150 deposit is required to secure the booking and full payment 28 days before the event. A completed terms and conditions & fire safety form must be signed and returned. Appropriate risk assessments and certification must be copied and attached to the booking form, where required. Charity groups must provide proof of a registered charity number at the time of booking to ensure charity group rates are applied. Local groups and community groups will be required to show proof of address (e.g., Witney Postcode) to ensure Group 1 rates are applied. Bookings cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice will result in loss of booking fees. Access to the building is granted from the start time of the booking; early access is not available. Hirers are expected to clear up and vacate the building at the end of the booked time.
