Busbridge Village Hall is an attractive multi-functional venue situated in beautiful Surrey countryside, run as a charity for the benefit of the local community by a team of volunteers. It is a great venue for all types of events including children's parties, clubs, classes, and adult parties, with space for up to 130 people. Facilities include a large private garden, kitchen, and off-street parking.

Main Hall

The main hall measures approximately 15.5m x 6m (50ft x 20ft) with a lowest beam height of 2.35m (7ft 9in). It has direct access to the grounds and car park via double doors. It includes a small ante room and a large cloakroom. The hall floor is suitable for dancing, with ample daylight and a vaulted ceiling with wooden panelling adding warmth and character.

How to book
To book, check the online calendar for availability. Email [email protected] or call 01483 348 348 to hold a timeslot. Complete the Google booking form and pay the hire charge by bank transfer to confirm. A damage deposit (£150 for daytime/non-alcoholic, £300 for evening/alcoholic events) is due two weeks before the event. Key collection details are provided upon deposit receipt. Regular hirers can keep a key for the season. Allow an hour before and after for setting up/clearing away. Visit the hall by arrangement.
