How to Book
Online booking is available via customer login on charlburycornerhouse.co.uk/booking. Private individuals are required to pay in advance for booking confirmation. No booking is confirmed without a completed application form and appropriate deposit. Less than 7 days notice for cancellation forfeits the proposed hire charge. Terms and Conditions are available online and should be understood before booking. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Committee reserves the right to refuse a booking. Stewards are required for public meetings, dances, and social gatherings (six for Memorial Hall, three for Corner House). The Committee may appoint a Warden for evening events, with the charge incurred by the hirer. For 18th birthday parties, a parent or responsible hirer must attend a committee meeting prior to booking. A Single Title Screening Licence is required for screening feature films, regardless of admission fee.
