About
Chartham Village Hall is a registered charity (Charity No. 1113522) run by volunteer trustees. All income supports the upkeep of the hall. It holds the Hallmark 3 (highest) award for its facilities and management. Hirers are responsible for the safety and security of the building and occupants. No smoke machines are permitted. No animals are allowed, except guide dogs and registered assistance animals, with prior agreement. Public liability insurance (minimum £5m) is required for public events where tickets are sold.

How to book
Bookings should be made using their online booking system. At least 5 days' notice is required. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. Bookings made with less than one week's notice must be paid at the time of booking. Hirers must be over 21 years of age. Bookings cancelled due to the hall being required as a Polling Station or similar will receive a full refund.
