How to reach the hall
How to book
Normally available for hire between 9:00 AM to midnight throughout the year (music may not be played beyond 11:30 PM). Minimum hire period is 1 hour per booking, with evening parties requiring a minimum of 3 hours. A security charge of £25.00 applies for all bookings extending beyond 9:00 PM (for security company lock-up). Bank Holiday rates are billed at Saturday rates. Friday evening children's parties are charged day rate if vacated by 7:00 PM. Kitchen access is a shared resource; exclusive access only if the entire building is booked. Assistance setting up tables and chairs is charged at £14.70 per session (to be agreed in advance). A call-out fee will be charged if a member of Charvil Parish Council is called out during the hire period due to a complaint or other reason. Late vacation will incur additional time charged at twice the applicable rate, plus a potential further call-out fee. Hirer must sign a Hire Agreement (covering up to 12 months) before using facilities.
