How to Book

Online booking is available via the website. A booking form is required to confirm. Standard conditions of hire are available. Hirings are until 12 midnight latest; music/entertainment must cease by 11:30pm; hall vacated by 12 midnight. Minimum noise on arrival/departure is requested to avoid disturbing neighbours. Temporary Event Notices (TEN) are required from Wokingham Borough Council if liquor is to be sold; Pearson Hall has 12 TENs per year, but these are usually allocated, so new hirers typically need to apply for their own TEN.
