How to Book
Contact the Bookings Manager, Lois Dudfield, at 07967 630880 or [email protected] to discuss requirements, confirm dates, times, and prices. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A signed booking form and agreement to Terms and Conditions are necessary. Hirers must be 21 years or over. Hirers must clean and tidy the hall after the event and take all rubbish away. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to 'Cherington Stourton and Sutton under Brailes Village Hall' or 'CSS Village Hall Fund') or BACS transfer (HSBC, sort code 40-41-26, account number 81441183). A refundable damage deposit of £300 is requested for private parties/functions, weddings etc., refundable upon premises being found in good order, clean & tidy. Surcharges apply for evening parties: £50 for 50-100 guests, £75 for 100-150 guests, £100 for 150+ guests. A £50 surcharge applies for parties with a live band or full disco (whole building hire rate applies even if only one space is used). Main kitchen hire fee is £40 (or included in whole premises hire).
