About
Situated in a picturesque position on the corner of Foxcote Hill and Front Street in the north Cotswold village of Ilmington, the village hall was originally built in 1933 and extended through a Millennium Project in 2000. In 2012, the kitchen was extended and refurbished to provide spacious, well-equipped catering facilities. The hall is available to be booked for parties and gatherings of all different types. It is a registered charity run by volunteers.

How to book
Availability: Seven days a week, subject to availability. Booking Process: Check availability on the Bookings Calendar on the website, then complete the Online Booking Form. Payment: Booking cannot be confirmed without payment. Alcohol Sales: Permitted with written permission; a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) may be required for sales, which the Village Hall Management Committee can arrange (subject to limits). Terms and Conditions: Hirer must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Hiring Agreement. Key Collection: Contact the bookings clerk at least 24 hours before the event to arrange key collection. Rubbish Disposal: Information available on the website. Heating and Kitchen Power: Information on paying for heating and kitchen power available on the website. Free Prep Time: 1 hour's set-up time immediately prior to booking for hirings of 2 hours or more, subject to availability. Extra set-up time is charged at the normal hourly rate.
