How to Book
Bookings are made through the Hallmaster system via the website. The Venue Administrator reviews requests and advises acceptance by email. Hire periods must be long enough to allow for setting up and dismantling/putting away furniture and equipment. Hire periods of an hour or more are separated by a 15-minute shared changeover time. Hirers receive an invoice with payment instructions. For some hires, full payment is required before the access key code is provided and the event can take place. Payment confirms the booking. The Venue Administrator confirms the key access process upon request, no sooner than 48 hours prior to the event, or upon full payment. No individual keys are provided. A £40 charge applies if the key is not returned. Bookings for parties for ages 14-21 are not accepted. Bookings for hen/stag parties are not accepted. Cancellation Policy: More than 3 months notice: No charge. Less than 3 months but more than 1 week notice: 50% of the hire charge. Less than 1 week notice: 100% of the hire charge. Hirer Responsibilities: Overseeing and being on the premises when the public are present. Ensuring all conditions relating to management and supervision are met. Reading and complying with UK Government guidance, risk assessments, and safety information. Leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning and putting away all equipment, crockery, and utensils. Setting up chairs and tables.
