How to Book

Minimum booking period is 2 hours (including set up and clean down). At least two weeks notice recommended. Payment options: If within 8 weeks of booking, full payment required at time of booking. If more than 8 weeks of booking, full payment, 25% of hire fee, or invoice raised. Full payment required 4 weeks before event date. Failure to pay results in cancellation and no refund. Cancellation policy: 4 weeks or more notice for full refund, less than 4 weeks notice for no refund. Restrictions: No bookings for 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st birthday parties. Additional charges apply for kitchen use (depending on attendees and venue hired if cooking on-site), cutlery and dinnerware (£30.00, must be cleaned and put away within hire period), bar service (minimum spend of £150.00 payable directly to bar provider if requested and approved), and cleaning (£30.00 per hour if the hall requires cleaning after the event). Requirements: Hirer must provide Public Liability Insurance (PLI) information, an itinerary of event and table plan 14 days prior to hire. If charging attendees a fee and providing/selling alcohol, a Temporary Event Notice from RBC Licensing Department is required. Halls must be left clean and tidy; rubbish bagged and placed in outside bins; dishwasher emptied and crockery put away. Hirers are responsible for first aid.
