How to book
To enquire about hiring the hall, contact Dave Lapsley, the Caretaker, by phone at 01932 873350 or via email at [email protected]. Booking forms are available on the Lyne Village Hall website. A refundable deposit and a further deposit to secure the booking must be paid when making the booking. The balance of the hire fee must be paid at least two weeks before the hire date. The refundable deposit will be returned in full within 14 days of the event, provided the premises are left in a tidy condition with no breakages or losses. In the event of late cancellations, the booking deposit is only refundable by agreement with the committee. If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days before the use date, the hirer may be required to pay up to 75% of the total charge, unless the hall can secure an alternative booking.
