The Virginia Water Community Centre is available for hire for parties, meetings, other events, and regular classes. Restrictions include parties for under 13 and over 25 years only, music to stop promptly at 11 pm, and the hall to be vacated by midnight. The premises are not licensed to sell alcohol, but hirers can bring their own drinks and snacks. The children's play area is for Pre-School use only. How to Book
Booking via 6 Easy Steps via Hallmaster booking system. Minimum booking time of 4 hours required on Saturdays and Sundays. Booking Agreement form must be completed and submitted to Centre Manager. Check Terms and Conditions before booking. Centre Manager will open and close the hall at allocated times. Hirers must arrive on time.
