How to book
Booking Process: 1. Visit the Hall Information and Rates Page for details on available spaces and hire costs. 2. Check availability using the online calendar. 3. Click on the '+' on your chosen date to start booking, create an account or log in. 4. Complete the booking form with event details and agree to Terms and Conditions. 5. Receive email acknowledgment of provisional booking. 6. Invoices sent within 10 days; payment due within 7 days of invoicing for booking confirmation. 7. Instructions for access and practical arrangements sent a few days prior to the event. Important Notes: Booking the Main Hall only includes the Main Hall; other rooms may be booked by other hirers. To book all three rooms (Main Hall, Morris Room/Small Hall, and Meeting Room), select each room separately. Kitchen is a shared area and cannot be booked separately. Prohibited: Vapes, smoking, and any naked flames (including birthday cake candles) due to fire alarm risk. Bookings are 'Provisional' until payment is received and become 'Confirmed' thereafter. Provisional bookings may be released if payment is not received within 7 days of invoicing.
