How to Book

For Concordia and Holy Redeemer Halls, contact Cathy via phone or email. For the Church Hall, email [email protected] in the first instance. If unable to email, call the Parish Office. Some bookings for the Church Hall may require a 'qualifying connection' with the church (regular attendee or on electoral roll) for events like children's parties or post-baptism/wedding refreshments. Alcohol in moderation can be served (e.g., a glass of wine, sherry, or champagne), but spirits are NOT permitted. Refer to the booking form for details. No smoking policy. Walls and ceiling cannot be decorated with any material that could damage paintwork. Liaise with the Office Manager concerning balloons, streamers, banners, etc. The hall should be swept and cleaned before leaving. Toilets should be clean. All rubbish must be taken away. All windows shut, fire doors secured, lights switched off, exit doors locked, and alarm set before leaving. The PCC will not be liable for personal loss, accident, or theft. Hirers will be asked to reimburse the PCC for any damage to premises or equipment. Regular sessions are available for long-term bookings in the Concordia and Holy Redeemer Halls. The Church of the Good Shepherd, Carshalton Beeches (a different location) has availability for regular hirers on Mondays.
