How to Book

All halls are to be booked directly with the venue. A 'qualifying connection' with the church (attends church or a church group regularly and/or on the church electoral roll) is required for children's parties and refreshments following a baptism or wedding. Hall hire times: 9 am - 10 pm. Walls and ceiling cannot be decorated with any material that could damage paintwork; liaise with Office Manager concerning balloons, streamers, banners etc. No smoking policy. Music/Video/TV use within the hall must not cause disturbance to neighbouring houses. Children are not permitted in the kitchen at any time for safety reasons. All utensils, crockery, and equipment must be cleaned and returned to their proper place. Hall must be swept and cleaned before leaving. Toilets must be clean. All rubbish must be taken away. All windows shut, fire doors secured, lights switched off, and exit doors locked with alarm set upon leaving. The PCC will not be liable for personal loss, accident or theft. Children are their parents' or supervising adults' responsibility at all times. Children are not allowed to run in and out of doors, around church grounds, use any equipment, or enter the kitchen unless strictly supervised. Soft balls only may be used. All activities must be supervised by adults with a suitable number of adults present.
