How to Book
Contact the Hall Clerk, Lelsey Chalmers, by phone (01453 890788) or email to discuss requirements, availability, and costs. A hire contract must be signed. A 50% deposit of the hire charge is payable at the time of booking to secure it (refundable on cancellations with at least 4 weeks notice). A £50 refundable deposit is required for events like parties, wedding receptions, wakes, and dances, refunded if the hall is left in satisfactory condition. Full payment is normally required prior to the event. Payment by bank transfer is preferred; cash and cheques are accepted (no credit cards). Discounted rates are available for Coaley residents. Concessionary rates may apply to regular users (clubs/societies fulfilling the Village Hall Foundation's objectives).
