How to Book
Check availability online. Read and agree to Hall Terms and Conditions (June 2024). Online booking: Click on the '+' on the desired date to book and pay. Manual booking: Download and complete the 'Application-to-Hire Form'. Send completed form via email to [email protected] or by post to Marie Knight, Bookings Secretary, Vale View, Church Street, Nympsfield, Glos GL103UB. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of an email confirmation. Payment for single bookings must be made before the booking commences, preferably by bank transfer (Lloyds, Account Name: Nympsfield Village Hall CIO, Sort Code: 309191, Account No.: 55542360). Cash payment to Marie Knight is also possible. For multiple bookings, an invoice will be sent at the end of the month for the month's booking(s), to be paid in full by bank transfer. Bookings must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance. Requests do not guarantee a confirmed booking.
