How to Book
Go to 'Check Availability' on the website (under Bookings) to choose desired hours/day. Check the Calendar by clicking 'Request to Book' to see if the day/time is free and submit an enquiry. Alternatively, email or telephone the Lettings Officer, Sally Purssell (01993 684052). Lettings Officer checks for provisional bookings. If available, a Provisional Booking is made and a Booking Form and information are emailed. Provisional booking is held for 3 days. Complete the Booking Form and send the deposit to secure the booking. Booking will then be placed on the Calendar. A couple of days before the event, details of the committee member on call will be sent.
